With a lawyer’s team of highly qualified and experienced in arbitration proceedings, we always act with caution, paying close attention to each procedure and stage of the process to best protect our Clients’ lawful rights and interests in resolving business, commercial disputes through Arbitration.
TNTP’s scope of work for dispute resolution services at Arbitration will include:
– Draft and submit the petition dossier to the Disputing Party at the competent Arbitration Agency in Vietnam;
– Authorized representative for the Clients to participate in all stages of the proceedings at the Arbitration Agency;
– Regularly updating the Clients on the progress of the Case;
– Discussing with the Clients to determine the next steps following new developments in the Case;
– Drafting necessary documents for resolving the Case at the Arbitration Center, including but not limited to the following documents: explanations, opinions, complaints, requests, and other necessary documents;
– Working and negotiating with the Disputing Party to reach a settlement agreement at the Arbitration Agency in a way that is beneficial to the Clients;
– Requesting the Arbitration Agency to promptly bring the Case to trial in case the Party in Dispute does not agree to negotiate the case at this agency;
– Preparing a Self–Defence Statement for the dispute resolution hearing at the Arbitration Agency;
– Participating in the dispute resolution hearing at the Arbitration Agency to protect the Client’s legitimate rights and interests;
– Receiving the awards and decisions to settle the Case from the Arbitration Agency and updating the Clients.
