TNTP’s scope of work for dispute resolution services at the Court will include::
– Acting as the Client’s authorized representative in all stages of Court proceedings;
– Regularly updating the Clients on the progress of the Case;
– Discussing with the Clients to determine the next steps following new developments in the Case;
– Preparing necessary documents for resolving the Case at Court, including but not limited to the following documents: opinions, explanations, complaints, requests, and other necessary documents;
– Working and negotiating with the Disputing Party to achieve successful mediation agreements at Court that are most beneficial to the Client;
– Requesting the Court to promptly bring the Case to trial in case the Disputing Party does not agree to mediation at the Court
– Preparing the Defence Statement for the trial;
– Attending court trial to protect the Client’s lawful rights and interests; and
– Receiving the Court’s judgment or decision and updating the Clients.
