Litigation collection

Litigation debt collection measures create significantly greater pressure on the Debtor due to the involvement of competent authorities. In addition to requesting payment of the principal debt, the Client may also claim late payment interest and other arising financial obligations (if any) in accordance with applicable laws or the agreement between the parties during court or arbitral proceedings.

With a team of highly qualified lawyers and legal professionals possessing extensive experience in litigation before Courts and Arbitration, TNTP will represent the Client in preparing the case file, developing strategies for the resolution of debt collection disputes, and participating in working sessions and hearings before the competent authorities in order to protect the Client’s lawful rights and interests to the fullest extent.
